Research focus

Now more than ever it is vital that we thrive together. At Deakin, we’re interested in how people learn, work and play, supporting communities across the world to be resilient, vibrant and inclusive.

Our multidisciplinary research integrates First Nations knowledge and inter-cultural histories, boosts creative and sporting capabilities, and promotes socially responsible business. We help government develop informed policy for a rich and cohesive society, and work with organisations to achieve global outcomes through humanitarian leadership.
